Our Expertise

The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.

At Contained Air Solutions, we recognise that the safe and efficient operation of your facility involves far more than simply selecting a microbiological safety cabinet or other contained air product.

Throughout your project, you can be absolutely confident that you are working with a company that understands the complex demands of the contained air solutions market.

We are with you from start to finish and beyond.  Our professionalism is evident in how we handle your initial enquiry right through to our aftercare planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and service provision.

Initial Enquiry

Following your initial enquiry, a technical sales manager from our nationwide network will visit your site.  This gives them the opportunity to spend time getting to understand your particular contained air product requirements and objectives prior to putting together a detailed specification.

All our sales team are also engineers, so you won’t get any sales talk from us, just expert advice and guidance that you can trust.

Quotation

After your initial enquiry and our first site visit, we will provide a comprehensive quotation for your contained air solution.  The quotation carefully details the proposed product specification and is supported by technical drawings and product literature.

All quotations include supply and delivery to site, offloading and positioning within the laboratory, and then commissioning to the standard product requirements.
