At Contained Air Solutions, we have the necessary experience and skills to ensure your equipment is compliant to British European standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), providing peace of mind that your equipment is in safe hands.
Skilled Engineers
We have a nationwide network of fully trained service engineers who offer service and support to all CAS products, plus those from other manufacturers
Our engineers are equipped with a comprehensive range of spare parts, enabling most repairs to be carried out at the point of servicing. This reduces downtime and can eliminate the cost and inconvenience involved with a return visit.
All our engineers are regularly trained in product innovations, so they are always up to date with the latest developments and techniques. They have many years’ experience in all aspects of the industry, meaning you can trust us to deliver an informed, holistic service.

Dedicated Service Team
We have a dedicated service team that provides technical support and advice.
Upon contact, they will contact you to discuss the issue and allocate an engineer to attend if we cannot help to resolve remotely.
Upon completion of our visits, we provide a full report detailing findings and work carried out. Reports can be offered on a paper or electronically.

Streamlined Operations
We use CLIK service management software to ensure all enquires are managed efficiently and store all your previous quotations and orders to streamline repeat orders.
We automatically issue quotations for renewal of existing contracts 2-3 months before they expire to provide reassurance to you that no service visits are missed.
Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) fumigation
We are now able to offer Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) fumigation as an optional extra service. This is a fast and effective way to decontaminate lab equipment.
Relocating / Decommissioning existing equipment
We can provide a full service to relocate and recommission your existing equipment whether on site or from site to site. We can also provide safe disposal to ensure any decommissioned units are disposed of within environmental standards.
